TIC Bathrooms POLICY: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders.
Lead time on delivery range from 2-3 days for main city centers, and 3-5 days for outlaying areas. We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Should you purchase and require delivery outside of South Africa, please contact us to arrange for delivery as the fee from our exporter couriers will apply. Clients are also welcome to arrange your own couriers for collection outside of South Africa.
Returns and Refunds
- We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, should they be in their original sellable condition.
- Please note no products installed will be accepted.
- Cancelled orders must be sent back at the customers own expense and a refund will only be issued once the item has been received in the original condition.
- Please note that no refund will be given on "special orders". Special orders are products that we do not stock but sourced for the customer.
Damaged, Faulty and Incorrect goods
- Damaged or Incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. These items will be replaced and collected at TIC Bathrooms own expense. Please email info@ticbathrooms.co.za with photo evidence and order details.
- Please ensure that you are happy with the product before installing as no claims for damaged and incorrect goods will be accepted after installation.
- All items have a 5-year warranty and will be replaced and delivered at TIC Bathrooms expense, should the customer have problems with the items supplied.
- Photo’s and videos must be emailed to info@ticbatrooms.co.za for defective claims.
Products exceeding cancellation period
- Please email info@ticbathrooms.co.za as any queries are handled on a case by case basis.
